Job Description
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.

Job Title: Facebook Ad Specialist
Location: Lagos

Requirements
- Create B2C Facebook Ad campaigns (from planning, to campaign objective and budgeting, to ad formats) for dealer clients
- Build both prospecting and retargeting campaigns that push In-Market Auto Shoppers through the purchase funnel
- Construct audience buckets based on campaign goals through demographic data, Facebook insights, and a combination of 1st party and 3rd party data
- Use Facebook and Google Analytics metrics to expand, evolve, and optimize campaigns
- Ensure Facebook tasks are being delivered on-time and as expected by the client
- Test ads to determine highest performing creative, markets, and ad copy
- Provide conversion-focused Ad creative direction and optimize ad copy based on data
- Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and consistency across client campaigns
- Establish and maintain a great working relationship w/ communication between the Onboarding, Performance Management, and Development teams

- Stay current with best practices, strategies, legislation and industry standards related to Facebook Advertising

Job Title: Senior Pay Per Click Specialist

Job Description
- Perform management of PPC accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
- Develop, execute and manage hyper-local, regional, and national Google Ads and paid social media campaigns that drive targeted site traffic, leads and sales
- Perform keyword research and create SEM strategies based on stated business goals.
- Create high-performance PPC ads and landing page copy that drives conversions.
- Oversee daily implementation and management of paid search campaigns.
- Monitor and adjust budgets according to client-directed budgets.
- Effectively communicate insights and provide routine campaign performance reports.
- Closely collaborate with the SEO/Content Marketing team to develop high-performance integrated marketing campaigns.
- Develop, execute, optimize and report on cutting-edge Google PPC, Display, and Video Ads from conception to launch.
