Job Title: Community Relations Officer/Specialist

Description
- Responsible for ensuring that the company and its contractors provide the individuals, groups, communities and local government authorities with timely, consistent and accurate information regarding the company's project/ operations and conduct direct consultation with the local communities as a basis to identify concerns.
- Conduct public awareness campaign/general information sessions.
- Ensure community development investments are aligned with company’s strategy and approach.
- Provide guidance on potential strategic mitigation measures for impacts on communities.
- Prepare reports regarding community relations. Position will receive direction and support.
- Facilitation of Community Relations workshops
- Coordinate input/ review of contractors community relations plans
- Handling alignment between contractor and community
- Participate in project mobilization meetings, giving guidance on community relation issues
- Main point of contact with Community Interface Coordinator (CICs) on Projects
- Organizing and participation in Homage / Courtesy calls to community
- Provide guidance on employment guidelines and other labor related issues
- Issues resolution : documentation and tracking of issues to ensure speedy resolution
- Follow up on expectations through further communications, forums, meetings, etc.
- Oversee CAPs implementation
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Social Sciences, Socioconomics or Public Relations backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal effectiveness, communications, writing, and editing skills.
- Previous experience in similar role
- Ability to speak Finima Language

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician I

Tasks And Responsibilities
- Verify and issue electrical work permit to contractors for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance
- Supervise contractors to work safely. Immediately intervene on unsafe acts
- Participate for Job Safety Analysis (JSA) review with contractors
- Start work as scheduled. Resolve issue and immediately notify First Line Supervisor (FLS) if issues remain unresolved
- Closely monitor contractors’ quality to follow Maintenance Procedure & Practice (MPP) and prevent rework
- Provide daily progress update to FLS and planner
- Get FLS’s approval prior to proceeding any changes
- Verify and accept job done by contractors
Job Requirements
- Years of closely related field experience
- Discipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience

Job Title: Field Operator

Main Functions
- Operate equipment and wells by applying operating and safety procedures and guidelines to meet daily operational plan, reduce equipment failure and efficient resources administration
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible to implement on daily work objectives, housekeeping, safety, health, environmental and security
- Active participation on daily toolbox meetings and regular, reported safety meetings
- Identify and implement corrective and optimization actions by the continuous surveillance of wells and equipment to ensure reliable, efficient and safe operational conditions
- Function as Equipment Care Technician, and routinely use Maintenance skills in performing simple maintenance activities
- Report when the alarm, emergency or emergency shutdown system is out of service
- Provide detailed, clear and accurate information when changing shift, to guarantee that unit conditions are updated and ensure operations continuity
- Coordinate, control and monitor maintenance jobs according with the corrective, predictive and preventive planning
- Report continuously in the log book all relevant operational events and abnormal situations or deviation occurred in the work area, equipment or personnel
- Take samples of products for laboratory analysis and execute field laboratory tests • Active participation on emergency response activities
- Report incidents internally and escalate awareness as per the Incident Reporting Guidelines
- Ensure that Operations Shift Supervisor is informed and consulted about operations activities
- Ensure good communication across the work team so that issues / actions can be adequately addressed
- Provide the basic facts concerning well producing problems, current production rates, and current condition of the well
- Ensure that the well problem diagnostics are thorough and complete before requesting Well Work intervention operations
- Ensure that the wellhead and well surface equipment are maintained and are in good working order prior to Wellwork operations taking over responsibility for the well for intervention operations
- Provide assistance and support to the ongoing Wellwork operations as needed
Requirements
- Completed secondary education and worked previously as a Field Technician.
- Good communications (oral & written)
- High standard of Safety, Health, Environment aptitude and cultivates the same in others.

- Serve as a trainer in contracting sponsored courses (Contract Planning, Development and Administration (CPDA), Bid Review, Advanced Contracts Strategy Management (ACSM) )
- Support the Sr. Contracts Engineering Consultant and management in assessing organizational competencies and skill development plans
External Engagement:
- Support planning and engagement of contractor executive management as necessary in furthering strategic relationships, development of emerging contractors, and resolution of critical issues
- Engage as necessary with partners to educate on Company contracting processes, MI, and strategy development
- Engage with Company Affiliate contracting professionals to share learnings
- Organization, Systems, Processes, Procedures
- Support / champion the continuous improvement and incorporation of company's lessons learned
- Support the Sr. Contracts Engineering Consultant and management in assessing that the organization and its systems, processes, procedures are delivering the intended business results
Job Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in contracts engineering / administration / materials management required, 20+ years preferred
- 7+ years’ experience in project leadership required
- B.Sc in Engineering preferred
- Broad understanding of project execution and contracting principles, theories, and concepts
- Expert in commercial negotiations, contractor management and contract administration
- Willing to business travel or relocate to project sites (domestic / overseas)
- Management experience on major project
- Owner/Operator experience in project management roles
