Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Title: Corporate Driver
Locations: Lekki & Ajah Axis - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
- Pick up client from the place and at the time they’ve requested
- Collect payments and issue receipts
- Assist client with loading and unloading their luggage
- Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
- Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest
- Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
- Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
- Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.
Qualifications
- Must be residing within Lekki and Ajah Axis, Lagos
- SSCE certificate is the minimum requirement.
- Good understanding of Lagos Roads in general
- A valid driver’s license
- A clean driving record
- Familiarity with GPS devices
- Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
- Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
- Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
- A polite and professional disposition
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations.

Job Title: Training Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
The Training manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of brand standards, with a primary focus on providing training systems to employees at restaurant-level across all levels
Responsibilities
- Execute and create learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods company-wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through career patching
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
- Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
- Coordinate the Training Team-leads to obtain new product roll-out materials, new procedures, job aids, etc
- Schedule and deliver new product roll-outs and procedures training to District Supervisors and store General Managers.
- Track and monitor new product and procedure roll-out training completion and monitor results.
- Provide remedial training as appropriate based on operational assessments or other identified needs.
- Coach store General Managers to assess, address and resolve training issues as well as assist District Supervisors in developing their skills.
- Work with the HR in the functional training of newly promoted/hired ARM’s and store General Managers training.
- Review individual and organizational development needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 7-8 years supervisory experience required (Experience in Quick Service Restaurant will be of advantage)
- Training experience in a multi-unit environment with a dispersed workforce
- 4+ years formal training experience required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Masters Degree is a Plus
- Strong Knowledge of LMS is required
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required
- Outstanding motivation skills and positive attitude required
- Outstanding presentation skills required
- Ability to schedule, coordinate, and monitor multiple activities (“multi-tasking”) required
- Capability with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required
- Presents and professional demeanor
