Key Responsibilities

• The principal duties of a kitchen assistant in a restaurant kitchen include undertaking food preparation tasks, as directed by the head chef or chefs de partie.
• Preparing simple dishes.
• Observing correct cooking times and temperatures.
• Using cooking equipment, utensils.
• Preparing ingredients.
• Cleaning vegetables.

Qualifications

• Applicants should possess G.C.E / S.S.C.E / N.E.C.O / O.N.D / N.C.E qualification.
• 0 - 2 years relevant experience.

Salary
NGN 25,000 - 30,000 Monthly.
