Job Title: Secretary & Admin Officer

Responsibilities
- Ensures that the administrative needs of the bank are effectively handled at all times.
- Records and produces the minutes of meetings of the board and management. Etc.
Qualification/Competencies
- Minimum of a good B.Sc (2.2) or HND (Upper Credit) in
Secretarial Studies, Office Technology & Management of any relevant
discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years cognate experience.
- High proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Age limit - 35 years.
Job Title: Head, Credit & Marketing

Location: Anambra
Responsibilities
- Appraisal & recommendation of credit requests.
- Confirmation of collateral s & Day-to-day review of credits.
- Routine determination of PAR ratio and other relevant ratio. Among others.
Qualification/Competencies
- Minimum of a good B.Sc(2.2) or HND (Upper Credit) in Banking, Finance or any other relevant discipline.
- Five (5) years working experience in credit with passion and drive for marketing.
- Demonstrable performance, Computer proficiency.
- Experience in Microfinance banking and is an advantage.
- Possession of CHIN Microfinance certification shall be an added advantage.
- Age limit - 45 years.
Job Title: Managing Director

Responsibilities
- Reports to the Board of Directors
- Overall management and supervision of the bank to ensure achievement of its corporate goals and objectives.
- Define and provide strategies, policy initiatives, action plans, budgets and KPI’s Among others.
Qualification/Competencies
- Minimum of a good B.Sc(2.2) or HND (Upper Credit) in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing.
- Eight(s) years experience in the banking / finance sector with
at least four (4) years management level experience in micro-finance
banking.
- Must possess the CIBN Microfinance certification.
- Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge of micro finance banking operations and risk management.
- A strong ream leader with good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Possession of professional certificate of CHIN, IAN or ANAN shall be an added advantage.
- Age limit is 50 years.
Job Title: Internal Auditor
Code: 2016/003
Location: Anambra
Responsibilities
- Reports to the Board of Directors.
- Secures compliance with the governance, risk management and
internal control frameworks of the bank by ensuring that all
departments and functions are effectively ad-hearing to all control and
regulatory policies of the bank among others.
Qualification/Competencies
- Minimum of a good B.Sc(2.2) or HND (Upper Credit) in Accounting.
- Minimum of three (3)years Internal audit experience preferably
in the banking industry or proven hands on experience with an audit
firm.
- Possession of a professional qualification from ICAN or ANAN shall be an advantage.
- Must be computer literate with hands-on experience in accounting and banking application packages.
- Age Limit - 40 years.
