The following vacancy exist in an oil lubricant plant for a professional with lubricant production experience
Job Title: Lubricant Sales Engineer
Responsibilities
?    Enhance & achieve volume of lubes retails distribution network.
?    Achieve budgeted volumes and margins through the implementation of determined action plans
?    Prepare marketing plans for all specialties (lubricant, car care products).
?    Follow – up margins per product and adapt price list accordingly on quarterly basis.
?    Handle the relationship with lubricant distributors and sub – contractors (for packed products).
?    Propose promotional plan for lubricants and special products
?    Guaranty quality of products through checks (sampling) and frequent visits to customers.
?    Give technical after sales service to customers (including lube surveys, training sessions, used oil sampling, etc
?    Manage customer complaints and incidents
?    Define and coordinate all existing and new activities within the frame and objectives set by the commercial manager so as to achieve the expected sales and margins.

Qualifications/Experience
?    Minimum of 5 years experience in oil lubricant production plant.
?    Minimum of Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering fields.
?    Membership of Professional bodies may be an added advantage.

Job Title: Lubrication Production Supervisor
Responsibilities
?    Overseeing the manufacture of lubricants according to required quality, specifications and in an efficient, safe and cost effective manner
?    Monitoring safety aspects to avoid accidents
?    Preparing standard Operating procedures
?    Ensure adequate stocks of all raw materials i.e. base oils, additives etc and empty packaging materials are maintained.
?    Follow up to ensure customer orders are included in production schedules and are supplied in full and on time
?    Co-ordination and communication with other departments for proper maintenance of the production plan
?    Maintain shop floor discipline
?    Conducting laboratory Trails, Control Over laboratory Operations and Making procedures for Laboratory testing.
?    Generation of Production schedules for blending , filling and optimizing the plant capacity and production efficiency
?    Enhance communication with Sales department and ensure Sales & Operational planning meeting is held, forecasts submitted and reviewed for accuracy.


Qualification/Experience
?    Minimum of 5 years experience in oil lubricant production plant.
?    Minimum of Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering fields.
?    Membership of Professional bodies may be an added advantage.


Job Title: Lubricant Plant Manager
Responsisbilities
?    Provide leadership at a large, multi functional lubricant manufacturing and packaging facility which includes all phases of lubricant manufacturing and packaging including blow molding.
?    Responsible for efficient production of company products within specification.
?    Oversees production team in the proper use of resources, including equipment, raw materials and human resources.
?    Develop or revise standard operational, work instructions, housekeeping and safety practices, and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
?    Implements waste containment and reduction programs and maintain all relevant records for waste generation.
?    Responsible for controlling costs including optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
?    Makes new budget recommendation for manufacturing operations.
?    Coordinates process improvement activities with Laboratory personnel.
?    Responsible for effective quality control of the production process.
?    Oversee the plant production planning process, and supervise contract-manufacturing activities.
?    Inspect plant machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance, optimum utilization, and safe operation. Analyze operations and assists in the planning of renovations or expansion to meet business needs.

Qualifications/Experience
?    Minimum of 7 years experience in oil lubricant production plant.
?    Minimum of Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering fields.
?    Membership of Professional bodies may be an added advantage.
