Job Title: Procurement Assistant

 
Job Descriptions
  •     Liaise with Finance on vendor payments as required
  •     Issue Purchase Orders using the ERP system
  •     Ensure invoices received are accurately posted into the ERP system
  •     Resolve queries and support other job functions as appropriate
Skills Required:
  •     Good interpersonal and communication skills
  •     Fluent in English language (oral and written)
  •     Able to work independently, as well as in a team
Education/Academic Requirements
  •     Minimum of National Diploma
  •     Minimum of 3 years' experience in related role
Other Requirements:
  •     Knowledge of ERP systems
  •     Organized and good attention to detail
  •     Structured and systematic approach to work
