Job Title: Certified Professional Trainer/Tutor Job Purpose:
  • Provide a well detailed and documented syllabus for the various courses the trainer will be assigned to teach.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • He or she must be able to Moderate discussions, build moments of reflection, and being an expert in sharing his/her expertise, presenting, mentoring.
  • He or she should be able to adapt the training programs to the trainees needs.
  • He or she should be able to introduce adequate training methods and design training manuals and learning materials.
  • He or she trainer should be also prepared to communicate with trainees in written and visual form. His/her editing competency in terms of building statements, grammar and spelling as well as using authoring tools to create messages.
Qualifications
  • Must be a certified trainer
  • B.S.c or B.A, minimum of H.N.D
