Job Title: Customer Care Officer Location: Lagos
Job Summary
  • Provide excellent customer support by ensuring clients’ inquiries and concerns are promptly and efficiently addressed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Provide out-bound emails or calls to distributors and customers to resolve support issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate general guidelines and instructions to Vendors/Dealers/Buyers through email, phone, written correspondence and in person.
  • Demonstrate total understanding of company's products, pricing information and promotions so as to easily provide real time information to customers.
  • Keep clients up-to-date on newest policies and procedures in order to ensure hitch free business transaction.
  • Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments by working with relevant departments.
  • Channel difficult complaints to appropriate quarters and follow up squarely to ensure quick resolution.
  • Keep records of all conversations including actions taken, in a comprehensible way that will facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
  • Generate and prepare relevant reports as required of by the department.
Experience and Qualification
  • A first degree or its equivalent in Sales, Marketing or any Social Science discipline.
  • CRM or other recognised certifications.
  • A minimum of two (2) years relevant experience

Job Title: Vehicle Inspector / Valuer Location: Lagos
Job Summary
  • Carry out a wide range of inspections (both interior and exterior) on vehicles of all types
  • Ensure thorough valuation of vehicles is carried out accurately for the purpose of sales
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Inspection of motor vehicle and determination of their estimated market value
  • Diagnose and advise on problems relating to mechanical, electrical and body repairs
  • Determine vehicle road worthiness and road test vehicle accordingly
  • Inspect vehicle accessories, air lines and electric circuits, and reports needed repairs
  • Examine vehicles for damage and drive vehicle to detect malfunctions
  • Test vehicle components for wear, damage, or improper adjustment, using mechanical or electrical devices
  • Apply inspection sticker to vehicles that pass inspection, and rejection sticker to vehicles that fail
  • Regular advice on changes within the automobile industries
  • Prepare and issue valuation reports and keep record of vehicles inspected and valued
  • Review of valuation report done by external valuers
  • Assist in dispute resolution on valuations
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by line manager
  • Carryout operations in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies
Experience and Qualification
  • Minimum of OND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in a similar role
  • Driver’s License

Job Title: Marketing & Sales Officer Location: Lagos
Job Summary
  • Effectively manage and maximise marketing and sales of auctioning services to clientele and work towards building and expanding customer bases through identification and conversion of marketing & sales opportunities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive the achievement of Marketing & Sales target through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Prospect for new clients and facilitate quick on-boarding.
  • Manage online advertisements and follow through all marketing and sales leads.
  • Collaborate with relevant department to facilitate prompt payment, registration and confirmation of customers/dealers.
  • Constantly monitor competitive activities in assigned territory and inform Line Manager to maintain market positioning.
  • Update vendors/buyer with sales terms and agreement.
  • Follow up on leads generated through exhibitions and promotional events to engage/onboard prospective customers.
  • Maintain customers’ records and keep all field reports.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with dealers/Buyers/Vendors/to build brand loyalty and sustain patronage.
  • Utilise and maintain company property including official vehicles for marketing & sales purposes.

Experience and Qualification
