We are recruiting to fill the following vacant positions below in Lagos State:     Job Title: Electrical Equipment Coordinator Location: Lagos Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee Electrical technicians and act as Maintenance Coordinator in the absence of the latter
  • Preparing daily electrical fault, observation and work reports. Daily/Routine serviceability checks of all Electrical Equipment
  • Safekeeping of all electrical tools and inventory
  • Ensure smooth cargo receipt; Jetty Mobilization and Demobilization
  • Responsible for the preventive and breakdown maintenance of all Electrical Equipment, Tanks inclusive towards reduction of down time
  • Operate and Monitor the efficiency of all Electrical Equipment.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance schedule for all Electrical Equipment and execute preventive maintenance to achieve high-level serviceability
  • Conduct statutory operational test & checks; Tanks, Pumps, Valves, meters
  • Carry out of routine functional checks of all instruments. Meter, Loading arm, Tanks floating suctions, differential & pressure gauges, tanks air vents
  • Reviewing all contract and Procurement of Electrical related goods & Keeping stock records of consumables and spare parts
  • Preparing Terminal for both Local & International inspectors
  • Ensure calibration of Tanks, Meters, and Gauges. Etc are done as when due
  • Coordinate corrosion control and leak free of Tanks, Pipe line, Valves, loading arm, .etc.
  • Contribute efficiently to the unit collective performance in the spirit of Team work.
Requirement

    Job Title: Truck Marshalling Officer Location: Lagos Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supporting HSSEQ officer in conducting truck safety inspections and any other assigned tasks.
  • Assisting in the flow of information from the Scheduler to the Driver which includes the passing of meter ticket details.
  • Ensure full compliance of all personnel within the restricted area with facility safety procedures.
  • Ensure all scheduled / unscheduled tasks are carried out according to the safety standards and coordinate with control room.
  • Coordinate traffic from access road to loading gantry and truck positioning after loading for haulaging to dispatch.
  • Relate with Dispatch Coordinator on the status of loaded trucks and waybill position.
  • Ensure a timely reporting, proper PTW is in place to fix all broken down trucks at the loading bay / haulage area.
  • Ensure all personnel [Loaders/Drivers] are fully kitted with proper PPE and compliant with the safety rules within the restricted area.
  • Send samples to lab for analysis.
Academic Qualification and Experience Required
  • At least a Senior Secondary School Certificate. Higher qualification is an advantage
  • At least 1-2 year experience in truck driving and inspection, security and truck handling
  • Valid driver’s licence.

    Job Title: Laboratory Coordinator Location: Lagos Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Carry out prompt product sample collection and analysis and all related administrative activities to support receipt of all cargoes and load out of nominated products to meet specification to ensure compliance with industry standards, government specifications and requirements.
  • Provide quality and analytical laboratory support services including product testing for the PH Terminal operations to achieve ISO 9002 certification of the laboratory.
  • Prepares reports, analyzes data and makes process and product recommendations to ensure that HSSEQ standards are met.
  • Create and implement Environmental Management programs including monitoring and controlling, to ensure regulatory compliance of terminal operations
  • Developing and Implementing standards and guidelines for environmental sampling as well as monitoring and analysis, operating, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment
  • Conduct regular review of Laboratory standards and guidelines, ensuring compliance and applicability to day to day operational activities in the lab and at the terminal
  • Create a functional Pollution response store for PH Terminal. Keep proper chain of custody documentation to include sample retention register, result entries and return back to storage.
  • Carry out all analyses as per standard testing methods and with industry standards in laboratory practices.
  • Communicate Sample results to Terminal Control Coordinator and Sign Quality certificates.
  • Support HSSEQ Coordinator in the implementation of HSSEQ Rules and regulations.
  • Support in managing all spill activities
  • Any other tasks assigned by HSSEQ Coordinator.
Academic Qualification and Experience Required
  • First Degree or equivalent in Laboratory Science/Technology. Completion of a technical certificate preferably in Laboratory Science an advantage
  • Up to 3 years related experience in a product laboratory.
  • Experience with automated laboratory equipment, and experience in EHS laboratory in similar industry
Salary Very attractive & competitive.     Job Title: Laboratory Assistant Technician (1) Location: Lagos Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support laboratory coordinator in carrying out prompt product sample collection and analysis.
  • Ensure cleaning of glass wares and proper labelling, storage of reagents and samples.
  • Ensure implementation of proper chain of custody of sample receipts i.e. sample logging by date, time and sampler’s name.
  • Assists Laboratory Coordinator in the preparing and conducting product testing and sampling, as well as cleaning and preparing laboratory equipment, cleaning work areas and keeping all laboratory supplies and equipment clean
  • Maintain accurate records of products and orders materials.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Laboratory Coordinator.
Job Requirements
  • Completion of Ordinary National Diploma in Chemical Science or equivalent in any Science related discipline.
  • 2 years related experience in analytical chemistry or product laboratory.
