Job Title: Guest Service Agent Location: Ondo
Responsibilities
  • Greet hotel guests; answer any questions or concerns.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
  • Assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy, at all times.
  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
  • Operate computer programs and multi-line phone systems
  • Maintain guest records and book reservations
  • Complete basic cashier and bookkeeping responsibilities
  • Contact necessary staff to solve problems when challenges arise, ensuring guest comfort.
  • Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing, to provide information to guests, on request, while maximizing bedroom sales opportunities.
  • Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
  • Conduct regular security checks throughout the day and report any security issues to line manager.
  • Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Significant work experience handling guest service responsibilities, preferably in a hotel/reception setting
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and all other relevant computer programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive approach to dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Single.
   
Job Title: Female Sales Girl Location: Ondo
Job Description
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Girl.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational Skills.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
  • Assist in keeping the area clean and tidy, at all times.
  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress Location: Ondo
Job Description
  • Greet and escort customers to their tables
  • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
  • Inform customers about the day’s specials
  • Offer menu recommendations upon request
  • Up-sell additional products when appropriate
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization
  • Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
  • Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
  • Serve food and drink orders
  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments
  • Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
  • Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
  • Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS)

Job Title: House Keeper Location: Ondo Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
  • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Job Title: Female Cook Location: Ondo
Job Description
  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
  • Cook food in various utensils or grillers
  • Check food while cooking to stir or turn
  • Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
  • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
Requirements
  • Proven experience as cook
  • Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Very good communication skills
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.
