Job Title: Content Writer
Loaction: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Submit work to editors for input and approval
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Promote content on social media
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Update website content as needed
- Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
Requirements
- B.Sc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Familiarity with web publications
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines

Job Title: System / Server Administrator
Loaction: Lagos
Job Description
- Support of VMware clusters, Site Recovery Manager
- Support of the following: Email Systems (Exchange), Windows Server Systems, VM Ware, Hyper V, Active Directory Account Administration, Telephony
- Perform/support enterprise storage solutions including replication
- Troubleshooting and resolution of issues relating to business applications
- Provide technical support to business users both remotely and face to face
- Maintenance and support of central hardware, operating systems and utilities
- Administer installations, including setting up new systems/hardware and promptly installing updates
- Installing/configuring new computers/telephones
- Troubleshooting IT equipment - printers, scanners etc
- Assist with the Installation, configuring , and support of the LAN and WAN and Internet systems
- Maintain network equipment, servers and users hardware and software
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors, consultants, and service providers
- Perform routine manual/automatic backups and archival of files stored on the network to assist with disaster recovery
- Assist with data recovery, using tape backup or recovery tools
- Assist in software testing of new releases, proactively escalating issues
- Partake in project work from inception to closure

- Competence in PC network security issues, including virus protection and prevention

- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign

Requirement and Qualification
