Job Title: Finance & Accounts Officer

Job Description
Your roles will include to:
- General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly closing and financial reports, preparing account/bank reconciliations;
- Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks;
- Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation for all payment’s vouchers;
- Prepare payments, bank transfers and do the bank transactions
- Prepare invoice to the projects for services and cost share
- Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely
- Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues;
Qualifications & Experience
- A good first degree in any Management Science/Social Science related discipline preferably in Accounting or Finance
- A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience
- Professional qualification e.g. ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CISA will be an added advantage.
- Preferably, professional experience should be against the background of a reputable firm

Job Title: Legal Officer

Job Description
Your roles will include to:
- Draft and vet contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
- Provide legal research in support of client projects
- Provide legal advice and support to Management and staff
- Liaise with external Solicitor and Regulatory Authorities
- Assist in litigation, dispute management and resolution
- Assist in Corporate Governance reviews/audits for clients
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Graduated from the Nigerian Law School - minimum of second class upper (2:1)
- Between 1 - 2 years’ post-call experience in an established law firm
- Experience in contract drafting and corporate governance audit will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Information & Communications Technology Officer (ICT)

Job Description
Your roles will include to:
- Configure and deploy workstations, laptops and peripheral equipment
- Provide software and system troubleshooting and support.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and update operating systems and user applications
- Monitor network to ensure network functionality and availability to all system users.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cabled, wireless and other network infrastructure.
- Support existing/new server/s and administer access rights for all users in the office.
- Inform and train users and management on how to adhere to Nextzon global and local security ICT policies.
- Participation in research and recommendation of improved infrastructure processes and technologies to include growth planning.
- Provide procurement assistance including, but not limited to, researching solutions, engaging with potential vendors, making recommendations for product purchases and evaluating bids.
- Work directly with vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance
- Create content templates and presentations for trainings and reports
Qualifications & Experience
- A good University degree or HND or its equivalent with a strong IT element and/or a recognized professional ICT qualification
- Experience in a professional services environment including information or research provision
- Knowledge of Web delivery mechanisms
- A post graduate degree or any other qualification/certification will also be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years post qualification experience in ICT management.
