  • General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly closing and financial reports, preparing account/bank reconciliations;
  • Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks;
  • Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation for all payment’s vouchers;
  • Prepare payments, bank transfers and do the bank transactions
  • Prepare invoice to the projects for services and cost share
  • Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely
  • Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues;
Qualifications & Experience
  • A good first degree in any Management Science/Social Science related discipline preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience
  • Professional qualification e.g. ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CISA will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably, professional experience should be against the background of a reputable firm

      Job Title: Legal Officer Reference Number: NEX-Legal-024 Location: Lagos Job Description Your roles will include to:
  • Draft and vet contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal research in support of client projects
  • Provide legal advice and support to Management and staff
  • Liaise with external Solicitor and Regulatory Authorities
  • Assist in litigation, dispute management and resolution
  • Assist in Corporate Governance reviews/audits for clients
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Graduated from the Nigerian Law School - minimum of second class upper (2:1)
  • Between 1 - 2 years’ post-call experience in an established law firm
  • Experience in contract drafting and corporate governance audit will be an added advantage.

  • Configure and deploy workstations, laptops and peripheral equipment
  • Provide software and system troubleshooting and support.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and update operating systems and user applications
  • Monitor network to ensure network functionality and availability to all system users.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cabled, wireless and other network infrastructure.
  • Support existing/new server/s and administer access rights for all users in the office.

Qualifications & Experience
  • A good University degree or HND or its equivalent with a strong IT element and/or a recognized professional ICT qualification

  • Knowledge of Web delivery mechanisms
  • A post graduate degree or any other qualification/certification will also be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 6 years post qualification experience in ICT management.
