Job Details
- The ideal candidates will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
Responsibilities
- In charge of the timely distribution of products
- Pack and process charcoal
- Plan and coordinate logistics for the group.
- Monitor stocks of outgoing and receiving products.
- Processrequisitions and confirm availability of stock.
- Follow up on with deliveries.
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
- Plan and coordinate gate pass for contractors and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Minimum of 2-years’ experience in warehousing of a charcoal plant
- Technical knowledge in Charcoal production
- Strong leadership skills
- Disciplined and trustworthy
- Always willing to travel.
Salary
- NGN75,000 - NGN90,000 / month.
Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and new customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to new customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships.
- Reach out to customers leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Report on sales daily, weekly, and monthly
- Supply management with reports on customers
- Achieve maximum sales profitability.
- growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.

Qualification
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of Experience in Office Automation sales (Copiers or printers or IT Hardware sales) to corporates / SME

Job Title: Event Centre Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with different departments, event vendors, and clients to ensure seamless organization and execution of all events.
- Coordinate and implement all operations within an event,
- Collaborate with all Departments to maintain the event calendar and ensure event dates do not interfere with other events.
- Timely response to all event inquiries according to the company’s SLA and ensuring the conversion of inquiries to sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Effectively communicate to prospective clients the features and benefits of the company’s event packages.
- Work with the operation team and clients to plan and coordinate details of events.
- Prepare rate quotation and prompt issuance of invoice to clients also ensure proper follow up.
- Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently.

- Prepare marketing visit report and sales for analyzing market strategy.

Job Title: Showroom Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating the right ambiance and positioning of products within a showroom.
- He/She will drive traffic to the showroom in line with the organizational brand strategy whilst also creating great customer satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall look and feel of the showroom in line with the brand’s requirements.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure that products are strategically positioned.
- Coordinate with the sales and brand manager in planning and coordinating product awareness events in the showroom.
- Research on ways to develop new and creative ideas geared towards driving traffic to the showroom.
- Deliver a luxurious brand experience for every client that walks into the showroom.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times to deepen the relationship between the organization and customers to retain them and increase loyalty.
- Deliver accurate product information to help customers with their purchase decisions.
- Ensure all security personnel and other front-line staff members are constantly in tune with the need to create excellent customer service to all customers/visitors.
- Take all visitors on a tour of the showroom and pay attention to their needs.
- Ensure that the Chef and Sous Chef are always at their stations.
- Identify potential customers and invite them for demonstration sessions.
- Capture customer data for all walk-in clients and manage an existing database.
- Send follow up email to customers within 24 hours of their visit to the showroom.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customers’ complaints and issues.
- Keep customers well informed of the brand’s products, services, and events.
Qualifications
- A B.Sc / HND holder in Architecture from a reputable university
- 2 - 5 years proven experience in a similar role
- Proven experience as an interior design architect
- Sales and supervisory know-how are required for this position
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming
- Presentation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
- Ability to apply expertise and technology for optimum results.
