Job Title: Communication Manager (Faith Based Organization)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • An experienced Communication Manager to Support church and ministry leaders in conveying their vision and communications priorities to appropriate audiences.saddled with the responsibility of supervising communications Officers, Cinematographer, graphics designer, motion graphics artist, cinematographer, Video editors, Digital/Social media manager

Responsibilities

  • Production of high-quality content that engages people and builds brand recognition for the church.
  • The Communications Manager will create, organize, plan & implement effective communication messages and strategies in order to convey Harvesters’ vision to the appropriate target audience.
  • Responsible for working with our high-profile agencies and managing the end-to-end delivery of events, campaigns and associated projects to ensure that activities meet the church’s objectives.
  • Build solid internal and third-party agency relationships, collaborating with them to ensure work is approved, compliant and delivered to the required expectations.
  • Be accountable for budget management, recording all relevant financial information accurately and to agreed timelines.
  • Ensure the Church Communications department is up to date with the latest trends and technology that would aid the department in working efficiently.
  • Manage the public relations arm of the organization and ensure that its reputation is upheld

Requirements and Academic Qualification

  • A first Degree in Arts, Creative /Mass communication/Advertising or any other related field.
  • Additional professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • Experienced with content management systems, tracking mechanisms and analytics software.
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ work experience in running an analytical, driven and innovative marketing strategy in a managerial role

Required Skills:

  • A committed born-again Christian, with a personal and active relationship with God
  • Ability to create new ideas, relationships, or systems including creative contributions.
  • God knowledge of communications trends and must be current on creative communications and technological innovations and look for opportunities to use this information to communicate effectively.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.

Job Title: Financial Accountant (Religious Organization)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • The financial accountant will be responsible for monitoring all financial data and prepare accurate statements for the church, this will include but not limited to the coordination and execution of account reconciliations, budget compilation, and back-up to the accounts payable function.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, control, monitor finances and ensure adherence to statutory requirements, asses financial risk and strive for operational efficiencies within the organization.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
  • Provide responsive and sound support to the company’s finance function and management
  • Ensure timely and robust financial reporting of the finance function for monthly management accounts, budgets, re-forecasts, cash flow, Organize internal audits and other requests
  • Advise and update management on irregularities in any financial matters and monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
  • Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investment and analyze financial trends
  • Maintain the general ledger by processing all company invoices, payments, and purchases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or any related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years Accounting experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting

Requirements:

  • Additional professional qualifications like (ICAN, ACA) will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of accounting regulations and compliance requirements
  • IT proficiency with Advanced Excel skill and the ability to use accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong numerical abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures, taxation and principles
  • Time-management abilities and confidentiality
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Sound business knowledge and ability to explain complex financial information in a clear way
  • Organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure within the deadlines

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of project and also accountable for Satisfaction and Profitability of the project.
  • This involves planning, reviewing and corrective action planning for the project, managing varied teams, building relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring and reporting on project impact, and sustaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • The Project Manager will also ensure targets are met, expenses are minimized and manage the budget according to the approved budget plan.

Requirements

  • A First Degree in Economics / Business Administration or in any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar field.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Excellent Verb and communication skills.
  • Excellent use of MS Suites.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly preferred.

Salary

  • N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
