Job Title: Business Development/Sales Manager

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Real Estate Business Development
Competencies:
- Broad knowledge of the Real Estate/Property Sector in Nigeria
and particularly in Owerri with proven ability to tap into its
potentials.
- Ability to prospect, execute & realize real estate investment opportunities.
- Ability to initiate strategic planning/business development
process, including evaluation of new business opportunities, development
& implementation.
- Ability to consummate & executive Joint Venture deals with good ROI.
- Ability to identify, prospect and win facilities management contract for the company.
Job Title: Marketing/Sales Executive
Location: Owerri
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years’ Core Experience in Sales of Properties
Competencies:
- Sales and marketing of properties.
- Ability to achieve sales target according to timeline.
- Ability to prepare and execute sales action plan and strategies
Job Title: Accountant/Head of Admin
Location: Owerri
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience. Professional qualification ie ACA would be an added advantage
Competencies:
- Management of the finance functions.
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows of bank reconciliation report.
- Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
Preparation of Monthly Consolidated Profit or Loss and other
comprehensive income, and statement of financial position,
- Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports
- Financial modeling and analysis Cash mana9ement and treasury duties
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial
commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Structural, Building or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of four years of work experience in the construction/project management industry
Competencies:
- Interpreting Structural drawings Site(s) management, inspection & supervision
- Liaising with relevant professional staff
- Selecting appropriate construction materials
- Making calculation about loads and stresses
- Setting out foundation layout of a building plan
- Providing technical advice
- Preparing BBS and other MTOs
- Preparing reports, designs and drawings.
- Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors
Job Title: Receptionist/ Office Assistant
Location: Owerri
Qualifications
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) with ability to read, write and speak English Language fluently
Competencies:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Provide information to callers
- Cleaning of the office and providing requisite clerical support
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
