  • Provides expert advice and act as training resource on all HSE related matters
  • Ensures the integrity of the Operations and Management System
  • Oversees the execution of the contract with the O&M contractor and LTSA (Long term service agreements) with the OEMs
  • Provides best industry practice to continually develop opportunities for improvement
  • Provides engineering, reliability and integrity, projects, shutdown, contracts and procurement, and maintenance management support to the O&M contractor
  • Responsible for asset integrity of the facilities and the protection of assets thereof.
  • Ensures the integrity of the Asset Reliability and Asset Integrity Management System and proper management of Field Logistics Base (FLB), if required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Technical Graduate with 15 – 20 years’ experience in integrated Gas & Power operations at senior supervisory level with a degree in engineering and/or technical discipline
  • 15 years’ experience in power industry & currently at senior leadership position in a power/process industry.
  • Experience in commercial power plant Asset management with broad understanding of production systems and power purchase agreements as well as engineering/projects and operations readiness/assurance.
  • Experience with Alstom Gas and Steam Turbine-Generators.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willing team player; capable of communicating well at all levels, both within and outside the organization and especially with government and industry representatives.

  • As the QA/QC Engineer, you would be in charge of general quality assurance and controls in the field material consumption. You would provide technical support whenever necessary and would be in charge of material classification, selection and uses. You would be involved quality checks on all field activities, bench mark project designs/demands with deliverables, pump installations & commissioning knowledge, compressor Installation & commissioning knowledge.   • For the successful QA/QC Engineer, you will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or any relevant discipline, minimum of 6years experience.

It is expected you have vast exposure & experience in marine, offshore, oil and gas industry. You would effectively participate in all Pre-mobilization, Mobilization and Demobilization activities for Offshore Construction Projects. You would work closely with the CEO but would have autonomy and direct oversights of managing the company’s bases, assets and monitor all vessel movements. Track and ensure all vessels comply with relevant Nigerian Ports Authority, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Local Government, and Host Communities requirements, including but not limited to permits, fees, etc. Track, Monitor Class and Flag documentation updates, ensure safe and proper records are kept on board the vessels and also with the Document Control Department of the company and liaise with other departments as needed and ensure proper and unhindered running of the Marine fleet and assets.
