Job Title: Hotel Plumber

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will Install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
  • Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
  • Assembles fittings and valves for installation.
  • Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
  • Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair.
  • Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts.
  • Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND / OND qualification
  • Must have 3 to 5 years of Hotel experience with knowledge of WTP & STP.
  • Living Proximity to Lekki is a must.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly Gross.

 

 

Job Title: Female Bartender

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
  • Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
  • Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner
  • Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
  • Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons.
  • Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of Cocktails, Spirits,wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
  • Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment

Job Title: Deputy Financial Controller

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will assist with the preparation of financial statements, budget reports, and internal control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and consolidating financial statements and reports.
  • Assisting with the development and evaluation of budgets and preparing budget reports.
  • Supporting the formulation and implementation of control systems within the organization.
  • Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, identifying discrepancies, and reconciling accounts.
  • Supporting the accounting department with all aspects of the general ledger.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Preparing and managing accounts using various software programs.
  • Preparing and assisting with audits.
  • Following changes in regulations and compiling reports regarding compliance issues, standards, and accounting practices.

Job Title: Cost Controller (Hotel)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking an experienced, thorough, and insightful cost controller to oversee cost management . In this role, the ideal candidates will work collaboratively with various department managers to analyze costs, assess vendor relationships, and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability
  • Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
  • Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price
  • Maintain vendor and service provider relationships
  • Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs
  • Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships
  • Analyze invoices to ensure correct products / services were received at the expected cost.
  • Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of Hotel experience or similar field is a must.

  • Opera, Micros & Sage knowledge.
  • Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid networking and interpersonal skills
  • Able to generate budgets and reports.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly Gross salary.

 

 

Job Title: Hotel Accountant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will oversee hotel budgets, staff payroll, and overall finances.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the hotel’s overall budget.
  • Process Payroll.
  • Track Expenses.
  • Report Finances.

Job Title: Air Conditioning (AC) Technician

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing certain equipment and facilities, including air conditioning systems and units, water-cooling systems, and refrigerators.

Responsibilities

  • Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
  • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
  • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Test installed air conditioners to ensure that they are in proper working condition.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience as an AC Technician in Hotel environment or similar industry.
  • Knowledge of Centralized Air Condition System & Refrigeration.
  • Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification.
