Job Title: Travel Consultant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Description

  • Responsible for mapping out travel arrangements for corporate bodies, travel agencies and individuals. These include booking flights, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and booking hotel rooms.
  • The Travel Consultant is to also help clients ensure their visas and work permits are up to date for the locations they need to travel.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Make professional and accurate travel arrangements for our clients including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
  • Converse with customers to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required
  • Compute cost of travel and accommodations, using carrier tariff books, and hotel rate books, or quote package tour's costs
  • Follow the company’s procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards in the areas of: making travel arrangements, building Passenger Name Records (PNR's) and profiles.
  • Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by Finchglow Travels.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant / Ticketing and Reservation Officer.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in the use of Amadeus GDS; with Amadeus certification
  • Ability to relate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels using diplomacy and tact
  • Excellent Communication skills.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Description

  • Responsible for managing all digital channels for the subsidiaries, creating advertising campaigns on promotions and generating leads while improving traffic to websites and other digital channels.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the digital media marketing strategy for each subsidiary focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Execution of social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, etc.) for each subsidiary.
  • Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive the target audience to our sites and generate leads for each subsidiary.
  • Engaging with our target audiences by sharing content, finding ways to grow the social platforms followership, and improve overall engagement with each subsidiary.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in digital advertising, social media, design tools and applications that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Generating and sharing contents for each subsidiaries’ blog with top-ranking keywords ensuring the brand appears on the first page or rank top on Search Engines.
  • Set up and optimize each subsidiary’s pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years’ experience in Digital Marketing and Communications.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with clients.
  • Conversant with Social/Digital Media platforms
  • Indebt experience with website analytic tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos

Description

  • As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you are responsible for providing professional and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the office of the Managing Director, and other portfolio under purview which include and may not be limited to Finchglow Travels, but the entire Group.

Typical Responsibilities

  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support functions to the Managing Director
  • Coordinate and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar
  • Manage social Media accounts of the managing Director
  • Constantly check sales update on various platforms
  • Coordinate meetings on behalf of the Managing Director.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of two years relevant experience.

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Lagos

Description

  • As an Account Manager, you are responsible for customer acquisition, customer retention, service, product expansion, account implementation and customer support.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth and profit margin.
  • Participate in sales presentation to describe account management process and assist in bid process for preferred vendor when requested.
  • Identify incremental sales opportunities within a portfolio of customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal & external customers at all levels within an organization.
  • Ensure client's retention with Finchglow Travels by exceeding client expectations with every interaction.
  • Share information with fellow Account Managers and Team Leaders to ensure a united, consistent and professional approach to client account management.
  • Ensure all client account information is up to date so that a thorough knowledge and understanding of the account can be made by simply reading the client file.

Qualification & Experience

  • First Degree in a Marketing / Business Administration related field
  • 5+ years’ experience with a minimum of 2 years demonstrated involvement working in supervisory role.
