Job Title: Hospitality HR Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Brief
- We are looking for a HR Manager to oversee all staff-related procedures and craft HR strategies in alignment with our business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design hiring plans for all hotel departments based on seasonal needs
- Interview and assess job candidates
- Manage compensation and benefits plans
- Oversee employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks
- Onboard new hires
- Report on employee turnover rates
- Organize employee records, like contracts, paying special attention to work permits and visas
- Implement employee retention programs
- Coordinate accommodation, catering and transport for our staff when necessary
- Schedule trainings for all hotel employees
- Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues
- Ensure staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software
- Experience in conducting interviews
- Excellent communication skills
- B.Sc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
Job Title: Bar Floor Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff.
- Train staff to perform allocated roles.
- Manage inventory.
- Assist customers with any queries or requests.
- Administer pay slips to staff.
Requirements
- A minimum of OND is required.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized.
Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The Manager oversee the entire operations of the restaurant
Job Description
- Maintain overall quality and service standards.
- Follow up on management team shift control issues
- Ensure that Health & Safe working practices are adhered to at all times
- Financial planning
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Develop budget plans and tactics to achieve target.
- Keep regular contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food quality and staff friendliness
- Respond to written customer complaints on a weekly basis.
- Must possess excellent leadership qualities
Requirements
- Minimum qualification- B.Sc. or HND in a related field
- 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role
