  • We are looking for a HR Manager to oversee all staff-related procedures and craft HR strategies in alignment with our business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Design hiring plans for all hotel departments based on seasonal needs
  • Interview and assess job candidates
  • Manage compensation and benefits plans
  • Oversee employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks
  • Onboard new hires
  • Report on employee turnover rates
  • Organize employee records, like contracts, paying special attention to work permits and visas
  • Implement employee retention programs
  • Coordinate accommodation, catering and transport for our staff when necessary
  • Schedule trainings for all hotel employees
  • Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues
  • Ensure staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software
  • Experience in conducting interviews
  • Excellent communication skills
  • B.Sc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
Job Title: Bar Floor Manager Location: Lagos Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff.
  • Train staff to perform allocated roles.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Assist customers with any queries or requests.
  • Administer pay slips to staff.
Requirements
  • A minimum of OND is required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized.

Job Description
  • Maintain overall quality and service standards.
  • Follow up on management team shift control issues
  • Ensure that Health & Safe working practices are adhered to at all times

  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Develop budget plans and tactics to achieve target.
  • Keep regular contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food quality and staff friendliness
  • Respond to written customer complaints on a weekly basis.
  • Must possess excellent leadership qualities
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification- B.Sc. or HND in a related field
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role
