- Devising strategies to drive online traffic (organic and inorganic) to the company website.
- Develop and implement social media strategy for social media sites, campaigns, marketing and events to maintain and increase our engagement on key platforms;
- Provide regular management, monitoring, and measurement of Company social media channels
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Evaluate emerging trends to develop and implement strategies in website design, email marketing, online giving, and social media
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital communication
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND, OND / BSc qualification.

Job Title: Admin Supervisor
Location: Chevron Drive, Lekki - Lagos

Job Description
To meet this responsibility, Office and Administrative Supervisors may perform the following administrative services:
- Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
- Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes
- Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments
- Employee recruitment, including interviews and hiring
- Perform orientations and/or schedule training as needed for employees
- Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff
- Perform employee evaluations and make recommendations on personnel actions, such as promotions or firing
- Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence and other documents using a database or word processing
- Review records and reports relevant to payroll, production and other workplace activities for monitoring employee activities and evaluating performance
- Work with other supervisors to coordinate workplace activities with other departments, units or teams
- Implement company or departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standards
- Maintain records, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation.

Job Title: Coffee Lounge Supervisor
Location: Chevron Drive-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties
- Recruiting, training, and supervising café staff.
- Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
- Ensuring that all Loungeexpenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.
- Receiving delivered Lounge supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.
- Taking inventory of coffee supplies and ordering new stock as needed.
- Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
- Suggesting new menu items based on customers' preferences and feedback.
- Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess SSCE, OND, HND or B.Sc qualification with 1-3 years work experience.
