We are recruiting to fill the position below:       Job Title: Application Support Consultant Location: Lagos Job Description and Purpose

  • We currently seek a seriously awesome and talented Application Support Consultant / Developer to join our busy and growing start-up.
  • The Application Support Consultant will be responsible for supporting our applications and clients with any issues, bug-fixing, maintenance of applications, carrying out backend administrative tasks and new application development projects.
  • On a day to day basis, you will be called upon to help clients with their IT needs and ensure all our client facing applications are working to their optimum.
The role will include the following, but not be limited to:
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support to iBez clients
  • Troubleshooting application problems, diagnosing and solving software faults, investigating and diagnosing user problems and complaints, Bug-fixing
  • Talking clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone or via email, to help use their applications, Handy-Jacks or Lets-Share applications and resolve any issues
  • Administrative and backend support tasks, maintenance of Handy-Jacks and Lets-Share applications
  • Updating content on websites and applications,
  • Deploying and configuring applications
  • Monitoring and maintaining applications usage stats on iBez website,
  • Handy-Jacks and Lets-Share applications
  • Preparing procedural and technical documentation on applications
  • Ensuring business continuity by ensuring sites are secure, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine maintenance and back-up of Handy-Jacks and Lets-Share, and all websites
  • Participate in project work for new application developments
  • Test and evaluate new software solutions during development and prior to roll-out
  • Support the roll-out / deployment of new applications
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Respond within agreed time limits to client requests
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  • Prioritise and manage multiple open cases at one time
  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals and partners
  • Conduct daily checks on applications and websites to ensure that they are up and running
  • Participate in training events and marketing activities
  • Provide accurate reports on daily activities and technology trends

Personal Skills Required
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT Software Development Lifecycle
  • Knowledge of four or more of the following web / programming / database languages – HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Laravel, Yii, Angular JS, SQL
  • Hands on experience of IT or Customer Support
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to meet targets and deliver on time
  • Organised with good attention to detail skills

    Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Lagos Job Description and Purpose
  • The Business Development Manager will be involved in all aspects of marketing, publicising, promoting and selling our web / software development and training services, software products using both traditional and digital methods.
  • You will also be our Brand Ambassador promoting and publicising our online platforms (Handy-Jacks, www.handy-jacks.com and Lets-Share, www.lets-share.com.ng) to the public. You will draw in our target clients and open new markets for iBez to do business and grow. For more information about who we are and what we do go to – www.ibez.com.ng.
Duties will include the following, but not be limited to:
  • Promote Handy-Jacks and Lets-Share to the public and ensure new registrants and users on both platforms.
  • Develop creative ideas and improvements to increase traffic, sales and customer experience to our online sites.
  • Promote and market our services and brands digitally and using social media to generate online sales, customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage our social media accounts. Generate, share and promote content on our social networks daily to increase brand awareness and generate more clients, sales, followers, traction and acquire greater market share.
  • Manage the production of digital and traditional PR, media, website, marketing, social media material.
  • Source advertisement opportunities and place adverts in digital and traditional media.
  • Manage online and offline marketing communications.
  • Manage the existing client’s portfolio. Maintain an accurate client database, CRM and reporting system.
  • Provide customer services to clients and the general public by providing information, support, advice and guidance.
  • Attend industry events, trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings to build relationships with key prospects.
  • Participate in training events.
  • Conduct marketing research and competition Analysis.
  • Provide accurate reports on activities, sales and market developments.
  • Recommend profit maximisation and sales/marketing/service improvement initiatives.
  • Recruit, manage and supervise Field Marketers/Enumerators/Sales Staff as required.

  • Generating strong business leads and contacts. Follow up leads, and close sales deals.

  • Plan, develop and implement traditional and digital marketing and sales strategies, campaigns and presentations for all services and products.

Level of Education Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND
  • Master’s Degree is a bonus
  • Sales / Digital Marketing Certification a plus
