Job Title: Business Development Manager - Taeillo

Job Descriptions
- You will bring in new businesses (clients) as well as manage existing clients. You also must be able to manage all our several clients account seamlessly without supervision.
- The Business Development Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle sales development to the Business. This role requires candidates who have experience in luxury Brand sales.
- We are currently recruiting a passionate and aggressive Business Development Manager for our Luxury brand. Your primary aim is to develop a clear business Development Plan, across Africa including, strategy, goals and tactics.
Responsibilities
- Devise and implement a sales plan that secures revenue and margin objectives
- Build relationships with thought leaders across the business and within industry
- Develop a targeted long-term new business strategy
- Work closely with senior management to refine how the business presents itself to fully explore and grow in new markets
- Develop a meaningful relationship with industry and high net worth consumers
- Work closely with the marketing team to build a join strategy on Projects as required
- Excellent commercial flair and financial acumen to understand the market and identify potential new clients.
- Achieving sales targets set by management
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Experienced sales professional with proven record of significant new business acquisition.
Requirements
- Experience of managing complex commercial negotiations.
- Strong presentation, influencing and motivational skills.
- Excellent attention to details and understanding of risk.
- Collaborative and an effective team player.
- Excellent business development ability, with keen awareness of potential opportunities.
- Adaptable and influential in diverse environments.
- Degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
- Experienced in proactively networking to establish and nurture new relationships
- Ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
