Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

Candidate Qualification and Requirements
- Applicants should possess at least HND, B.Sc or other qualification (s) in related course or field. Professional Certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3years working experience within Advert/media industry
- Utilize After Effects, Cinema4D, Maya, Photoshop and Illustrator to translate project details and creative direction into visually compelling designs and animations
- Regularly collaborate with internal design and project management teams
- Possess strong individual and team communication skills with the ability to take direction well Seamlessly alternate between working independently and leading teams as project requirements evolve
- Maintain high standards of efficiency, consistency, accuracy, creativity and timely delivery of all requests
- Adhere to proper file management techniques to ensure efficient archiving and subsequent retrieval of projects
- Adhere to all administrative responsibilities, including time entry and daily reporting requirements
- Must be highly motivated, work well under pressure, and able to effectively prioritize multiple assignments
- The ability to offer unique creative solutions, change direction easily, push their creativity and software skills to higher levels, exploit new technology, and actively communicate on all phases of a project.
- The Coordinating Designer, Motion Graphics position is a high level creative who is expected to consistently set the bar on quality, innovation and creativity.

Job Title: Brand Strategist/Copy Writer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar;
- Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative team, account team or clients;
- Monitoring and overseeing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through the production stage to completion, updating and amending campaigns according to feedback
- Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines;
- Casting actors for TV and radio work and listening to voice tapes;
- Keeping up to date with popular culture and trends;
- Writing reports.
- Contribute ideas for new business and current clients' ad strategies.
- Liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs to the creative team;
- Find strategic ways to further enhance the branding of a product or service, as well as develop a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends.
- Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the creative team;
- Writing and develop catchy, clear, persuasive, original copy that sells every client's products or services.
- Presenting ideas to colleagues and clients;
