We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Assistant

Job ID: STS2024-020
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Position Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months’ renewable

Duties

Collaborate with presenters and producers to plan engaging radio programs and segments.
Record and edit audio content to meet broadcast standards.
Schedule and guide guest appearances, interviews, and live performances.
Ensure all content aligns with regulatory and organizational policies.
Evaluate the quality and audience reception of produced programs.
Assist in training staff on production tools and techniques as needed.
Coordinate with the programming team to ensure timely and seamless delivery of shows.
Operate and maintain audio equipment, ensuring top-notch sound quality.
Develop innovative ideas for shows, commercials, and station branding elements.
Perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

B.Sc/HND in Mass communication or any other related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment.
