Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • IT Officer would be responsible for planning, monitoring, coordinating and leading I.T related activities in all our companies. Identify the IT needs and implement the policies towards achieving the organizational goals & objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Routine system repair and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Internet monitoring, troubleshooting and management.
  • Liaising with third party on IT related matters behalf of the company.
  • IT related employee training.
  • Researching, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve our systems.
  • Ensure availability of IT accessories and resources for staff.
  • Procurement of IT related items (hardware & software).
  • Creation of official emails and mail management.
  • Accounts, profiles setup and resolving password related issues.
  • Ensure periodic system security and data backup.
  • Monthly budgeting and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Prompt response to IT related issues in the company.
  • Any other duties that might be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience in similar role.
  • Degree in any related field.

Desired Skills:

  • Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Attentions to detail.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to see potential problems in a system setup.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
