We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IPP Operator

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the PRMS, Capture and share necessary reports including but not limited to: temperature, flow, level and pressure gauges)
• Manage on-site visitors and ensure they are safety compliant
• Apply all safety procedures outlined by the company for successful operations in plants.
• Safety compliance of all operators and visitors at all time is required.
• Monitor Gas pressure and availability
• Proper escalation of issues to the right channels
• Liaise with third-party operators for the smooth running of the power plants
• Liaise with Customers on reports and availability.
• Carryout daily observations of the IPP cable route
• Maintain a regular log of entries of hourly readings from the temperature, pressure, flow, level gauges and the HV meter within the facility

Requirements

• HND / BSc. Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Power system operations, instrument operations and control, gas plant operations, knowledge of Microsoft Offices packages
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Gas generator operations, gas plant operations, IPP operations
