Job Title: Corporate Human Resources Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- This role has overall responsibility for the group’s personnel and training strategy
- He/She also contributes to overall company strategy and policy
making by advising the board on the personnel and/or human resource
implications of its decisions
Primary Responsibilities
- Overall control of the personnel/human resource function
- Formulating talent management systems and strategies appropriate to the company’s corporate mission and goals
- Keeping the company informed on personnel and employee-relations
policies, as needed, to preserve and facilitate company strategy
- Improving management/employee communications, including
mediating in disputes and advising line managers on how to implement
personnel policies.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction to the division and implement plans in line with overall corporate strategy

Job Summary
- This role has responsible for all aspects of Group's financial management and monitoring of the internal control environment
- He/She will manage the financial and accounting system controls

Primary Responsibilities
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans and
continued monitoring & review of performance against them to enable

Job Summary
- This role is responsible for ensuring projects are developed,
appropriately within company and to manage financial advisors and their
outputs
Primary Responsibilities
- Build financial models and performs sensitivity analyses from scratch and adapt existing models for new projects
- Ability to optimize a financial model to achieve certain target subject to financial constraints
- Ability to run sensitivities on the financial model
- Performs in-depth analyses of: the nature of the proposed
business ventures; the financial statements provided; relate
