We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: In-Process Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• As an in-process, you are to ensure quality check for the work-in-progress and finished product during the production process and also ensure order status are communicated to the necessary department, in order to enable accurate feedback to customers.
• You are expected to report to the Quality Control Manager.

Job Description

• Proper inspection of orders before and after decorating to ensure customer’s specifications and requirements are met.
• To inform Frontshop and Telesales Unit of products available.
• Follow up on any untagged item on the rack.
• Follow up with procurements for availability of items needed for cake order.
• Ensure all orders taken or work list should be handed over to the necessary departments (Baking: Cake, Bread & Pastry, Packaging, Decorating).
• Communicate status of orders to the sales team to enable accurate feedback to customers.
• Source for cake toppings from procurement and store.
• Ensure all orders are packed properly and taped when necessary.
• Follow up on cake orders from baking stage to delivery stage.
• Ensure all incomplete orders are not brought to the Frontshop.
• Tagging of cake for deliveries and pick-up.
• Follow up on returns from Branches.

Requirements

• Possess an OND qualification.
• 1 - 2 years experience.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
