We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
The roles and responsibilities of this include but not limited to:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Administer and oversee employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, including orientation and training programs.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources / Business Administration, or a related field
• A team player with leadership abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 2 years post NYSC working experience in HR role.
• Membership of relevant professional body (CIPM, PHR, SPHR) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
