Sweet Nation Foods Limited is a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of specialty snacks to the Retail and Food-service industries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer

Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Mondays to Saturdays

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
  • The Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for administrative tasks and making the company a better place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Maintain employee records in line with company policies
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievances issues
  • Develop training and development plans
  • Develop and provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Assist in performance management processes

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience as an HR Officer or other HR Role
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and ethics.
  • Knowledge of HR functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
