We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator (Training and Development)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Onboarding new employees in the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify specific training needs within different functional areas of the organization.
  • Responsible for the development of organizational training strategy, designing engainging training materials, resources and assessments as well as implementation and assessing its outcomes.
  • Support the recruitment and management of training vendors, review training contents, and ensure training logistics are made available as required.
  • Post training evaluation, preparation of training reports and submission to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinating, compiling, and recording pre and post training evaluation reports, for relevant references.
  • Assist in HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications.
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Supporting end to end recruitment process.
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
  • Providing reporting for Training related activities, administering and evaluating training program certification assessment tests and determining the eligibility of prospective attendees.
  • Maintain and enhance training enrolment procedures and processes.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management / Economics / Business Administration / Other Social Sciences
  • HR Certification is an added advantage.
  • Excellent presentation skills and good computer skills (Power point, excel, word, outlook)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ Experience in the field of HR/Administration.
  • Must Reside in Lagos Mainland.
  • Must be vast in training and development.
