Nigachem Nigeria Limited was incorporated in 1987 as a private company with Certificate of Incorporation No. 97718. The Company Memorandum and Articles of Association and subsequent licences permit the Company to engage in Importation, marketing and sales of Commercial or Civil Explosives and related products like Ammonium Nitrate, Detonating Cord, Electric Detonators, Non-Electric Detonators (Nonel), etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Human Resources Assistant Manager

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle and ensure it aligns with organization objectives.
  • Manage all internal communication.
  • Ensure health and safety rules is adhere to by all staffs.
  • Maintain and updates staff records.
  • Manage payroll computation with finance and accounts department.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and provide seamless onboarding process.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Factory Human Resources Department.
  • Manpower Training Development and Management.
  • Effectively interface with all levels of staff to coordinate all staff matters and office management activities.
  • Managing weekly departmental reports.
  • Ensure manpower manning is up to date and generate monthly report.
  • Protocol functions: Immigration (immigration returns, CERPAC card etc.
  • Ensure an accurate filling system for proper documentation process.
  • Provide relevant administrative support to all departments and staff.
  • Ensure implementing various HR policies and strategy.
  • Maintaining and updating HR and staff records in relation to confirmation and other staff matters.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Management, and relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years working experience.
  • Must be able to handle workplace discipline.
  • The ability to speak Ibo Language is an added advantage.
  • Experience in a manufacturing company is required.
  • Must have experience in conflict management.

Skills:

  • Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / Month (Gross).
