  • Wärtsilä is a global leader in complete lifecycle power solutions for the marine and energy markets.
  • In West Africa, we supply and maintain diesel or gas engine power production systems for marine or stationary applications within the electrical power and naval propulsion markets.
  • We are looking for a HRLO Specialist For Wartsila West & Central Africa. Location for this position is  Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving the HR Transformation in own country and providing support to local management.
  • Support local Management and organisational changes.
  • Ensuring country benefits and reward strategies are planned, executed and all legal requirements are considered and adhered to.
  • Creating employee engagement initiatives, fair people policies and procedures, identifying and retaining key talent across the organisation and creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organisation in order to drive physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Driving diversity and equal opportunities in everything we do is a top priority.

  • Influence local management commitment towards behavioural modelling of our code of conduct and perform professional investigations that promotes the desired compliance culture.
