Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Human Resources Officer will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
  • HR Officer will ensure that the organization's human resources are aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and selection.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Conduct investigations and address employee complaints and grievances.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure competitive compensation practices that attract and retain employees.
  • Monitor industry trends to recommend adjustments to compensation and benefits.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
  • Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Identify training and development needs and create appropriate development programs.

Salary

  • N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
