Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will assist the HR and Admin Manager manage day-to-day HR operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR and be eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
  • Support training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support the HR and Admin Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
  • Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
  • Minimum of 3years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices
