We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervising the day-day operations of the Hr/Admin. Department
  • Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, etc.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Process payroll, payslip and resolve any payroll errors.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Register staff members with HMOs, Pension, etc.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Recruit, support, perform reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Maintain calendars of HR management team.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Coordinate performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Art or Social Science. Certification in HR is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR officer (essential).
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment regulations.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
