Job Title: HR / Document Controller

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • The Document Controller is responsible for management of the complete cycle of document control and information management from start through to completion.
  • The Document Controllers responsibilities include, scanning and archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation in a timely and confidential way.
  • Your role will include implementing procedures and policy and maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Proficient in Writing and Documentation
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Research and Development very essential
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
