AjoCard Limited is a fintech company that makes it easy for consumers to operate digitally. The company has designed, built, and launched technical solutions to reduce the friction in everyday financial transactions, whether it is to improve savings for everyday consumers removed from financial services, or banked consumers without access to their financial transaction platforms due to location. AjoCard enables these transactions everywhere using a combination of technology (such as software and mobile POSs) and expanding agency platforms.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Degree with at least 5 years of HR Generalist experience
  • HR Certification (CIPM / HRCI / SHRM) is required
  • Demonstrate ability to lead change and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced startup environment
  • Handling sensitive data with absolute trust and discretion
  • Good computer skills (proficient with Microsoft Office Suite) and familiar with HR Software.
  • Experience working with start-ups (FinTech preferably) is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of human resources best practices and labour laws
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Good planning and diplomacy
