Lifemate Nigeria Limited is a professional furniture multinational corporation with 14 outlets distributed across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Warri and with core competencies in Home Furniture, Office Furniture, Hotel Furniture, Outdoor Furniture, Kitchen Cabinets, Sanitary Ware e.g wardrobes, bedroom furniture, dining set, light fittings, jacuzzi, steam box, shower cubicles, outdoor rattan products, interior decoration et cetera.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Analyst

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As a Human Resources Analyst, you will be responsible for generating timely HR related weekly and monthly report, Data Analysis, evaluation and providing prompt feedback with improvement plans where necessary.

Job Condition

• Maybe be required to work extended hours when needed

Responsibilities

• Liaise with HR and Payroll teams on system upgrades and analyses
• Generate and deliver customized weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports.
• Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy of data input.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Investigating variance in departmental spend.
• Manage HR data tools, reporting, and dashboards
• Attendance & Absence management
• Management of used and unused leave days
• Various survey & data analysis
• Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities
• Create & maintain available data glossary
• Manage and master data entry

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:

• OND / B.Sc / HND in Human Resources or similar qualification
• Full understanding of Nigerian Labour Law & Conditions of employment
• Experience in HR processes, and operations
• Candidates must be from mowe and its enviroment.
• Analytical, Data Analysis & Reporting skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and HRIS system
• Ability to analyse existing and newly gathered data
• 2-5 years HR experience in manufacturing industry
