We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: HR / Administrative Manager Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Job Description
  • Career and Development Management
  • Oversee and handle all statutory compliance remittance
  • Design and implement a Performance management system
  • Handle all learning & development process
  • Manage all HR related issues
  • Oversee the entire Administrative process of the organization
  • Set up the HR/ Administrative department and ensure all processes are put in place
  • Design a HR handbook and develop policies to guide the employees
  • Manage and handle all recruitment and induction process
  • Handle all industrial and Employee relations issue
  • Manage and prepare all compensation and benefits related matters
  • Handle all staff related issues.
Requirements
  • Gender: Female preferably
  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a HR Generalist
  • Must have a HR certification
  • B.Sc/ HND in Social Sciences/ Sciences
