Job Title: HR / Admin Manager Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • This role is accountable for managing and enhancing the Group’s administrative and human resources functions by developing strategies, policies and infrastructure for Group integration and synergy, with oversight responsibilities spanning general administration, human resources and facilities management across the Group.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implements robust, scalable and customization Group policies and procedures supported by aclive monitoring and compliance management systems for sustainability across the Group
  • Liaises with government agencies and maintains cordial relation with them with a view to getting support when and if required
  • Coordinates and facilitates the Group’s development efforts by assisting operating companies with the implementation of their administrative and HR programmes
  • Recruit managerial & executive level staff across the Group in line with strategic plans.
  • Provides direction in the development and implementation of Group administrative and human resources policies
  • Monitors and controls administrative and human resources services.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years experience, at least 3-5 years of which should be at management level
  • Working knowledge of organizational planning, staffing, training, policy development and budgeting
  • Proficient in the use of computer & word applications
  • Excellent references
  • Minimum age of 40 years.
  • A First Degree in Humanities from a reputable university
  • An MBA or Master's Degree will be an added advantage
  • Membership of relevant professional body

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Chairman Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • Reporting to the Chairman of the Group, this role provides executive support to the Chairman.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Managing the administrative functions of the Chairman's office
  • Planning, organizing and managing the Chairman's events and meetings
  • Attending high level meetings on behalf of / with the Chairman and reporting thereon
  • Attending to Chairman's correspondence at Inter-Group level
  • Liaise with the public and staff on behalf of the Chairman
  • Reviewing confidential e-mails and correspondence with utmost discretion
  • Overseeing members of staff in the Chairman's unit.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A First Degree in Humanities from a reputable institution
  • A Master's Degree would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience of supporting top executive in a large organization
  • Excellent human relations and interpersonal skills

Job Description
  • This is an executive position that involves the exchange of sensitive and private communications.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drafts, transcribes and distributes mails and correspondences
  • Answers telephone calls and handles callers appropriately
  • Attends to daily correspondences
  • Maintains filing system both in electronic and hard copies
  • Creates and maintains calendar of appointment schedules, events and meetings
