Boomplay currently has over 60 million Monthly Active Users and over 60 million tracks with offices in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania and Cote d'ivoire. The service is available on web, Android and iOS.

Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Human Resources:
Recruitment:

  • Publish recruitment advertisements, screen resumes, organize interviews, conduct background checks, and handle offer applications & onboarding, etc.

Training:

  • Organize employee training activities to enhance employees' skills and qualities.

Performance Management:

  • Communicate with employees about their work performance and collect feedback from them.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of salary calculations and assist with salary surveys.

Administration:
File Management:

  • Organize and archive company documents to ensure their safety and confidentiality.

Meeting Organization:

  • Arrange meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure the smooth operation of meetings.

Office Daily Affairs Management:

  • Maintain a clean office environment and handle office equipment malfunctions, etc.

Administrative Budget Formulation & Control:

  • Develop administrative budgets based on company needs and monitor budget execution.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of recruitment experience with at least one year of administrative experience.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language.
  • Familiarity with various overseas recruitment channels and labor laws and regulations in some overseas countries.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and logical thinking.
