Job Description
- Our client is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead their team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, to ensure seamless and efficient day-to-day functioning.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, and take proactive measures to address any concerns or issues raised by guests.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the hotel's offerings and services.
- Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
- Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise guest satisfaction, enhance guest loyalty, and maintain high standards of service excellence.
- Work hand in hand with the finance team to manage hotel budgets, financial performance, and expenses to achieve revenue goals while adhering to cost controls and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to attract guests and drive occupancy rates.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel premises.
- Oversee the procurement of hotel supplies and equipment, negotiating with vendors to obtain the best pricing and quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and tourism opportunities is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Hotel Manager with a track record of success.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and revenue optimization.
- Proficiency in hotel management software, Microsoft Office suite and computer systems.
- Extensive knowledge of hospitality industry regulations, best practices, and trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 / month.
