Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer portfolio by gaining new markets.
  • Manage and develop a sales team
  • Ensure compliance with all brands’ Corporate Identity Guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all brand sales processes
  • Lead and actively support the sales team to achieve set targets
  • Effective use of market data and customer insight for competitive advantage
  • Handle relationships with top B2B customers/prospects
  • Collaborate with extended dealerships outside of Lagos territories e.g. Abuja and Port Harcourt.
  • Implements sales policy and terms and conditions according to the group’s guidelines
  • Maintains a comprehensive monthly sales reporting system according to the group’s guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures
  • Exhibit and promote core values: Entrepreneurship, Agility & Performance
  • Defines sales team’s objectives and assesses individual performance

Requirements

  • HND / BSc. Business, Mgt. & Social Science courses
  • MSc. / MBA in a related field of study
  • Relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience performing similar responsibilities, especially in the sales of automobile and car spare parts division
  • Growth through the sales rank.
