We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head, Corporate Administration

Job Purpose
- The Head Corporate Administration will supervise daily support operations of Phase 3 Telecom and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. S/he will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different aspects of work.
- The HCA must be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently ensuring that all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly
Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
- Oversee the maintenance of the office environment and management of its security by ensuring that staff responsible for its day to day operations are properly monitored to deliver on agreed objectives.
- Supervise the formulation, implementation and monitoring of policies; security, procurement, health and safety e.t.c
- Work with relevant team members to liaise with regulatory agencies on matters that relates to the office premises and site locations. These include but are not limited to:AMAC (FCDA), AEPB, etc
- Ensure coordination of power supply to official premises including PHCN and alternate sources of power provision
- Manage the insurance of all company assets in liaison with appropriate departments.
- Ensure the availability and allocation of supplies for general office use including stationeries, consumables, work tools and office space while working closely with the finance team to monitor budget provisions for same.
- Coordinate administrative maintenance matters with the regional supervisor of POPS and related head office technical personnel
Procurements:
- Oversee all procurement processes ensuring an updated list of contractors and development of relevant forms and documentation as required.
- To ensure all payment go through necessary approvals processes and relationship with vendors are maintained for optimal effectiveness and value for money
- To review and verify cost of procurement by department and provide cost effective procurement guidance.
- To ensure procurement committee meetings are held as required under the company policy while managing the competencies of all procurement committee members through required trainings in line Phase 3 guidelines
Assets/Logistics:
- Ensure proper recording of all organisational assets and monitor periodic updates as necessary by relevant staff.
- Development of policy documents and procedures for all company logistic activities.
- Work closely with the Fleet and Insurance Manager to manage the company fleet while ensuring effective supervision of all drivers.
Qualifications
Academic and Education Background:
- B.Sc in Business Administration or Public Administration in combination with seven additional years of qualifying experience
- MSc in business administration or public administration will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in administration or a related area.
- General experience in the varying facets if Administration is required.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.

- Proficient in the use of MS Office.
