Requirements
- A University degree in Estate management
- Any professional certification will be an added advantage
- At least two (2) years related experience in the real estate industry

- Strong Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills.
Job Title: Architect/Interior Designer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by
hand and by using specialist computer- aided design (CAD) applications.
- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility
of a proposed project, including constraining factors such as town
planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
- Making site visits to ensure the project is running according to schedule and budget.
- Playing a part in project and team management.
- Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Inspect and survey buildings
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Working closely and co-coordinating a team of other professionals and contractors.
- Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
- Writing and presenting reports, proposals and applications.
- Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.
- Produce “sample” and “mood products”
- Supervise work progress
- Oversee the Real Estate department
- Upgrade and supervise the current work flow; property sales, agency, evaluation
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture
- Excellent reputation for integrity and judgment.
