We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: IT Software Support Intern Location: Nigeria Job Responsibilities

• Raise request for jobs on Software application
• Submit weekly open and closed requests
• To perform other IT support tasks as shown or requested by senior technical staff.
• Provide support to and assist IT technical team personnel as necessary.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work under own initiative
• Ability to communicate well with people of all technical or non-technical levels and experiences, in order to explain faults and corrective actions to be taken
• A willingness to learn and develop in the role
• Able to effectively time manage and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Ability to schedule coordinate and run through a software demo with prospective clients is an added advantage
• Experience of supporting others and troubleshoot issues
• Prioritise assigned tasks dependent on urgency and understanding of company/department requirements.

• Candidate must possess at least a B. Sc / HND.
• Not below 3 years experience in a similar job position
• Knowledge of Software applications such as ERP is an added advantage.
