We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphics Designer

General Summary

  • Graphic designers bring ideas to life by presenting them in the visual medium. Designers design visual presentations by hand or with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Graphic designers might develop ads, magazines, promotional materials, catalogs, or business reports.
Details of Function
  • Meet with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials to fulfill their needs
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
  • Plans concept by studying information and materials.
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and font style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
  • Prepares final layout print-ready files of art.
  • Upload designs to relevant platforms including websites and content management systems.
  • Design and layout of electronic and print materials for all programs and events (flyers, posters, banners, collaterals, logos, invitations, postcards, newsletters, newspaper ads, etc.)
  • Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of production, pre-press, print and web-based technologies
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Researching current design trends;
  • Continual professional development to keep up to date with new software developments.
  • Sound Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Fireworks/Adobe Illustrator/CorelDraw
Reporting:
  • Shall report directly to assigned Line Manager.



Job Title: Web Designer

Location:

Reporting: Shall report directly to assigned Line Manager.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the design, layout and coding of a website.
  • Also involved with the technical and graphical aspects of a website - how the site works and how it looks.
  • Can also be involved with the maintenance and update of an existing site.
Details of Function
  • Meeting clients to identify their needs and liaising regularly with them;
  • Drawing up detailed website specifications;
  • Designing sample page layouts including text size and colours;
  • Designing website's visual imagery and ensuring it is in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client;
  • Proofreading content and grammar and making changes where necessary;
  • Editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages;
  • Working with other web specialists including digital marketers and graphic designers;
  • Testing the website to ensure it is working;
  • Post-sales technical support;
  • Training client's staff;
  • Researching current design trends;
  • Continual professional development to keep up to date with new software developments.
Technical Requirements:
  • Sound Knowledge of Designing including Graphics and Photography;
  • Sound Knowledge of Web Hosting including Cpanel / FTP;
  • Sound Knowledge of Web Technologies including PHP / MySQL;
  • Sound Knowledge of PHP Frameworks including Codeigniter / Laravel;
  • Sound Knowledge of CMS Platforms including WordPress / Opencart;
  • Sound Knowledge of Website Design Software including Adobe Dreamweaver;
