TAT Agency Limited - The Acclivial Travellers Escapade Limited is a travel agency offering international travel services ranging from visa processing, flights, vacations, schools, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• The duties and responsibilities of the Graduate Trainee are to participate in personal or group training within a period of 3 months with various departments after which they will be fully placed to perform specified duties pertaining to the assigned departments.

Other Duties which will help achieve this include:

• Ensure a smooth training process by accepting periodic job rotations as may be required.
• Accept instructions given to you regarding work and training.
•  Follow up on all pending applications to determine the earliest possible completion time.
• Assist with the submission of client’s documents.
• Strictly maintains and retains clients’ files in accordance with the Agency’s client data privacy policy.
• Assist with school search services on clients’ school applications within the timeline.
• Follow all departments and company policies including SOPs.
• Respond to assigned department emails.
• Liaise with Team members to ensure relevant information is communicated at prime time.
• Research and update team members with relevant information from verified sources.
• Attend/Participate in training in a timely and well-prepared manner.
• Performed tasks assigned in departments of placement.
• Familiarize yourself with company products and services.
• Interact and handle clients' requests under the guidance of a unit head or assigned team member.
• Follow guidelines when reviewing applicants’ data to ensure details are accurately inputted.
• Monitors daily progress status of all applications.
• Any other duties as assigned by the unit head and/or the management.

Education

• B.Sc / HND

Experience:

• 0 - 1 year

Skills:

• Good communication and analytical skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and effectively manage challenging workloads.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
